Quality Begins Long Before Harvest.
Our Premium Monthong comes from orchards with durian trees aged over 28 years. Mature trees develop deeper root systems and stronger nutrient uptake, which translates into more consistent fruit quality year after year.
We let the fruit ripen fully on the tree before harvest — a slower process, but one that produces noticeably richer flavour and a smoother, creamier texture than early-picked fruit.
Every batch is also checked against strict quality benchmarks, including a Dry Matter content above 32%, one of the clearest indicators of a truly premium Monthong.
